last week i went to choose my cards and actually i went on a Sunday with my bestman. he saw afew but couldn't really decide which one so we thought we should go home think about and come back. so we went back on tuesday to confirm the cards again with my bestman, confirmed everything and the guy was like we could definetly get it earlier and if the cards arrive earlier, he will give us a call but if it doesnt than we can come down the follwing week which was today to collect.

sadly when we went today it was not ready & the stupid guy never even give us a call to say that it's not ready and to come back following or whatsoever. instead he just apologised & asked to come back the next day which is tomorrow, wednesday. i was quite disappointed actually cause i was expecting it today, i was so excited to get it & to go home & write all the names to give out all. haizz... sadly i couldn't get it. he asked to call tomorrow morning, hopefully its ready. :(

I think by now all would have figured out that I'm actually partially part of YCCA cause I'm hanging out there more than Epiphany :) well not like I hate my church or anything.. I love my church still :) but maybe I wanna get more involved n at YCCA I seem to be more involved.. :)

Anyway.. It was their youth Sunday last week. They had their skit n it was super funny... Than we went to sentosa tanjong beach for a get together or maybe fellowship :) everyone was having fun I hope :)

Whether the rest enjoyed or not.. I sure did!!! Because I was enjoying every moment of the sun set n it was just beautiful man!!

After don't know how many donkey years( as how she likes to say it ) we met on Sunday. Missed her so much, not just me but my whole family. She used to be like my dad's adopted daughter, & my dad still thinks of her as the family's adopted daughter... All of us love her :)

I'm glad no matter how busy our schedule got, we managed to meet up and even stay in contact & still loving each other as before ( just no time to show ) . Hope to meet up with my Barbie doll soon, my one n only!!! Love this girl to the core...

Well after 7 months I went to church last Sunday, together with Shalu :) okay we thought service was at 11am so we meet early n reached church at 10.30am n saw that there were nobody stAnding around, suspecting our lateness we went towards the door n saw Thomas Anneh n asked him n he said that it was combine service n it started at 9am!! Such a Gundu!!! Seriously, but nvm!!! Atleast we went :) we had cupcakes made by shamala akka, beautiful necklace by Jasmine Aunty n catching up with everyone.

Well today is Vesak day and it's a public holiday for all normal people except for those in night life... Well we're not that lucky to enjoy public holidays like normal working people...

well what do u usually expect someone to do at 12 M.N on their b'day??? hmmmm...usually doing something else besides sleeping right... as in atleast facebooking or waiting for ppl to wish u or smth... my beloved bestie was happily enjoying himself in his own lala land... how nice... GUNDU... but that in a way was a good thing indeed coz it made it easier for us to give him a real surprise... =D we went to his room with the cake while singing happy b'day and his was still sleeping... till we made it half way thru the song than he woke up... lolx... and he claimed to be a '' light sleeper ''.. so much for being a light sleeper ah Eazy =D and the surprise was a successful one and guess why cause it was a random last min surprise lor... that's why... i guess we ppl r actually gd at that... i wanna be that woman with elegance and class.. i mean come on, which girl doesn't want to right?? i know... but think about it... to be successful in life u have to start somewhere and 1 of the somewhere is how a person dresses up for an event. i mean it's not like as if i am attending a business meeting or anything... i have to dress up appropriately to carry myself well..if not i m just gonna be the girl next door.. i mean i cannot be like our famous and hot stars out there but i bet if i start carrying myself out i bet i can be somewhere someday... it might not be today but that 1 day I'll be here...

i personally don't wanna be that girl who is very dependent on the people around me. like on my dad or my bf or always pawning something... u know that very feeling of not having my favorite phone which means the whole world to me isn't with me or borrowing money from people... i feel damn fucking dumb or maybe like a rotten apple or something... OMG!!!!! u know how sucky that feels..??? i don't know why am i actually feeling all this??? is it because i am turning 21... or is it because movies have influenced me or am i just sick and tired of being like this... i guess its just all of the above...

i mean i don't wanna be that poor girl who is always broke and cannot go out with her fren's to do what she wants... i mean i like partying now since i have tried it and i just hate it when i wanna go but i don't have cash... okay not even partying, if someone says lets go for a movie, i fucking don't even have $20 with me to watch a movie... that is how sad can that be??? haiz... u know i really feel like doing double jobs u know... yes i can be fucking lazy and all but once i start feeling useless ( that happens when i have no cash ) i will start working hard...

maybe for a couple of months or so... u know... like clear and settle everything... take out all the gold in the shop... pay my starhub and singtel bills in full till i have no outstanding...take out my diploma cert and start to have savings... n must chg my wardrobe... i mean even if i don't have a job or something in the future i can at least use on my savings first.. i am suffering like shit now cause i am jobless and have no savings... shit right i know..

i am going for sats interview tomorrow and its like my second time going for it and if i don't get thru this time round, i'll just do security job at night and do some retail sales job in the morning or work at some fnb outlets or something... atleast i still have cash in my hands untill i take my cert out and progress in it... if not i don't think i can go anywhere to progress in it...

my gold inside shop can come up to about 800 bucks plus my cert is 1300 so total i need about 2100 plus my hp bill is about 300 so total roughly about 2500... i obviously cannot earn so much in a mth unless i become an escort or something, which i wouldn't mind but the only thing which is holding me back is that everytime i be with someone i have to have sex with them which is to me not right... i am planning to do settle everything by end of march... so i have to work whole of feb and march, must earn atleast $1500 (bring home) and settle evrything...

first month pay settle phone bill and take out maybe ring n earring, so total will be 300 plus 100 plus 100... so total 500 plus maybe 300 for my cert... so i will be left with only 1000 dollars more from my cert and i still will have 800 dollars to spent and can give mummy 200, save another 200 and still have 400 to spent..

100 bucks for travelling 100 bucks for food and 100 bucks for shopping and all and the last 100 keep for in case of emergency... sounds nice ah to hear...

since i have settled my phone bill's oustanding for starhub i have only singtel... 250 dollars plus 500 for chain... i would have spent 750 already... mummy minus 200, savings minus 200, i will have 350 with me and since it's my bday mth i can spend all... lolx... i bring home 1500 also not enough...

i need atleast 1800 or 2000 if i wanna clear everything fast...

so end of feb i clear singtel 250, plus ring earring bracelet 450, plus 500 for chain... total will be 1200... and atleast i still have 800 to spend and i can continue my normal expenditure...

the following month, end of march, i can clear the

cert's payment of 1350 and ill be left with 650 and can happily settle my expenditures... and once all this done i can just work a normal 1200 paying job or use my cert to move up in life or save for another 6 months and do my degree... either way i still can succeed.. so i actually have to do it... force myself and do it for like mainly 2 months, i can live up to my goals... and i have to live up to my goals... hmmmm...

i need to find a night job which pays me about 55 bucks a days so in 20 days i can earn 1100 per month (without cpf) which only triple 's' do that.. must i go back to that company... no choice.. for temporary reasons i have to go back.. and for morning job i need to find a job that pays 7 bucks an hour, and i work 8 hours everyday for 6 days per week and earn 1344 dollars or 8 bucks per hour work for 5 days per week and bring home about 1280 and aft cpf deduction it'll be 1024 dollars... so add morning and night job i'll earn 1100 plus 1024 which will be 2124 bucks to spent.. more than i expected...

hopefully... i don't plan so much than in the end i go back and fall in the same pit and i think that's gonna be like super dumb.. haiz... i hope whatever i have planned should work out... and i know most of u reading this will say don't hope but do it.. and yes my plans sound a little crazy but at this time i don't think i wanna waste time.. since i am young i rather and better start working hard now... :)))

Good customer service is the lifeblood of any business. You can offer promotions and slash prices to bring in as many new customers as you want, but unless you can get some of those customers to come back, your business won't be profitable for long.

Good customer service is all about bringing customers back. And about sending them away happy - happy enough to pass positive feedback about your business along to others, who may then try the product or service you offer for themselves and in their turn become repeat customers.

If you're a good salesperson, you can sell anything to anyone once. But it will be your approach to customer service that determines whether or not you’ll ever be able to sell that person anything else. The essence of good customer service is forming a relationship with customers – a relationship that that individual customer feels that he would like to pursue.

How do you go about forming such a relationship? By remembering the one true secret of good customer service and acting accordingly; "You will be judged by what you do, not what you say."

I know this verges on the kind of statement that's often seen on a sampler, but providing good customer service IS a simple thing. If you truly want to have good customer service, all you have to do is ensure that your business consistently does these things:

1) Answer your phone.

Get call forwarding. Or an answering service. Hire staff if you need to. But make sure that someone is picking up the phone when someone calls your business. (Notice I say "someone". People who call want to talk to a live person, not a fake "recorded robot".) For more on answering the phone, see Phone Answering Tips to Win Business.

2) Don't make promises unless you will keep them.

Not plan to keep them. Will keep them. Reliability is one of the keys to any good relationship, and good customer service is no exception. If you say, “Your new bedroom furniture will be delivered on Tuesday”, make sure it is delivered on Tuesday. Otherwise, don't say it. The same rule applies to client appointments, deadlines, etc.. Think before you give any promise - because nothing annoys customers more than a broken one.

3) Listen to your customers.

Is there anything more exasperating than telling someone what you want or what your problem is and then discovering that that person hasn't been paying attention and needs to have it explained again? From a customer's point of view, I doubt it. Can the sales pitches and the product babble. Let your customer talk and show him that you are listening by making the appropriate responses, such as suggesting how to solve the problem.

4) Deal with complaints.

No one likes hearing complaints, and many of us have developed a reflex shrug, saying, "You can't please all the people all the time". Maybe not, but if you give the complaint your attention, you may be able to please this one person this one time - and position your business to reap the benefits of good customer service.

5) Be helpful - even if there's no immediate profit in it.

The other day I popped into a local watch shop because I had lost the small piece that clips the pieces of my watch band together. When I explained the problem, the proprietor said that he thought he might have one lying around. He found it, attached it to my watch band – and charged me nothing! Where do you think I'll go when I need a new watch band or even a new watch? And how many people do you think I've told this story to?

6) Train your staff (if you have any) to be always helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Do it yourself or hire someone to train them. Talk to them about good customer service and what it is (and isn't) regularly. Most importantly, give every member of your staff enough information and power to make those small customer-pleasing decisions, so he never has to say, "I don't know, but so-and-so will be back at..."

7) Take the extra step.

For instance, if someone walks into your store and asks you to help them find something, don't just say, "It's in Aisle 3". Lead the customer to the item. Better yet, wait and see if he has questions about it, or further needs. Whatever the extra step may be, if you want to provide good customer service, take it. They may not say so to you, but people notice when people make an extra effort and will tell other people.

8) Throw in something extra.

Whether it's a coupon for a future discount, additional information on how to use the product, or a genuine smile, people love to get more than they thought they were getting. And don’t think that a gesture has to be large to be effective. The local art framer that we use attaches a package of picture hangers to every picture he frames. A small thing, but so appreciated.

If you apply these eight simple rules consistently, your business will become known for its good customer service. And the best part? The irony of good customer service is that over time it will bring in more new customers than promotions and price slashing ever did!

so the first time i went was on the 2nd week of dec on a thurs [ cause of ladies night ]. and yea whr did i go??? ARENA!!! yea i went to arena and had a blast and aft tad we went to eat seafood,

danced and drank lychee martini.. heheheh... i loved it there...

than on the 15th of jan night mam's [ raju anneh/ maley's bf ] called and said he wanted to go clubbing and wanted to surprise my sis... so i created a big story and said i was gonna settle prob with jason and made her come and we ended going to rumours... my anniversary my bro in law celebrate for me without jason some more, cause he was working.. again e danced the night away and its my first time in an indian club...

so funny the people all.. nice english song all don't wanna dance than boring tamil song all dance... super siao eh... aiyo... than i drank jd with coke, mams mixed for me, but i kinda drank alot than left about 5 am and while waiting for jason outside arena, we were happily chatting away in hunger and after jason came we went for breakfast at liang court's mac...

3rd time i went clubbing as the following day itself. we went to titanium [ thai disco ] awesome or what man the place. i really loved it. despite the songs they sang which i didn't understand, i still loved the place. everytime its the deejay's time to spin he played all the hot eng songs, while the live band sang 30mins of k pop songs and 10 - 15 mins of eng songs which as kinda okay...

yea than i drank martell with coke... hmmm and i drank quit alot too... we went to the karaoke rooms and madly sang some songs and made frenz with jason's colleagues and their gfs =D.. YEAY!!!i guess i really enjoyed myself well that whole week =D

y am i so free and can still be blogging today? hmmm.. i think i wanna start from the top than it's easier to understand...

okay, i joined Ascension Kindercare as a teacher on 1st November 2011 after MIAing from Cisco. The first week there as good but i started falling sick. so I had to take mc's stay at home and rest and all. Than came December period, i started having fever and all. i started taking mc from 10 november and my fever didn't go down so the doctor suspected that i might be having lung infection. she gave me anti-biotics and told me to rest at home, i had sore-throat too. i go to school also i cannot do much cause my job needs me to handle kids and without my voice and still having flu how to handle them? soooo... i took mc all the way, than came caroling, i went for caroling in the evenings but rested at home in the mornings which means i didn't breech the mc's rules. i was at home when i took mc frm sch... than christmas also i never go school cause i wasn't well. come on la... party also i never go, SHARON LOVES EATING AND GOES ANYWHERE JUST TO EAT... so if i don't go for my school's party means i am really sick and i seriously love my school my kids and my teachers cause they are all awesome people. so after christmas i still didn't go to school cause i was still unwell and i had mc till 31st dec 2010. so ms de foe (my principle) gave me last chance to come back on 2nd jan (monday) which i didn't... y i didnt go was because jason had to go for abcess op on the head... i mean which galfren would wanna leave her bf there in the op theathre alone and go off to work happily right??? so i informed ms de foe and she msged me saying i was being terminated by her. i was sad but i had to accept the fact, nvm la i had to face it too. i agree that it was my fault. so ever since than i had been jobless till today, that's why i am so free and most of the company's wanna hire only mandarin speaking people as posted in my previous post.

today is saturday and how come i am home so free blogging? cause i was suppose to follow jason to his church YCCA for a mini bbq for youths as an intriduction. i was suppose to go but i didnt and why? cause i am irritated with jason's behavior, i mean i was at his place yesterday and the tv programmes were boring so we just decided to cuddle under the blankets and chat, while we were chatting he slept off. i was hungry and bored, so i went to watch tv and it as still boring he still slept and i wanted to go back home since he wanted to sleep. so i asked him the keys he responded like not interested i found it myself and went home. from than i didn't recieve any calls from him. usually when he is at work and has his break time he will call me despite the time but he didn't call me. he knows i have prob sleeping at night and i cannot sleep so he usually will call but he didn't. than today morning than call. for what now than call??? just cause i have to follow him to church he called so many times??? he even bothered to come up to my house and wake me up but that's cause he needs me to follow him, but stubborn me didn't follow him at all. he woke me up but i ignored and slept cause i was angry. so now i am home doing nothing much, blogging and facebooking and wondering if i should follow him for his company's seafood dinner tomorrow.

actually i feel like going popular and buying art stuff to do craft for eazy's (my bestie) 21st bday coz i am broke lor...i should at least do something and give him first than when got money than can do big things..

1st night mare was still around.. with our usual grp... everything was fine till mare left for her road trip... DAMN!!! 2nd night shift. mare wasn't ard rdy. she has left for thailand. our team was d same ppl but only RIC was mee sien.. hahahahah!!! she was okay but she wasn't as protective as mare. mare always stood up for her ppl n even best no issues in the team one. haizzz. we r desperately waiting for ur return babe!!! come bk quick!!!!

firstly, at our first gate, all of us were still feeling okay n trying to cope with d fact that mare wasn't ard, but still had the rest of us together. so we went in, i was doing front loader and all everything was going smooth and than the roving team came in. yeap, ramanan n colin & everything was going smoothly till we were down by 3. so while waiting for the pax, mee sien went to the toilet n yeap was running the machine the other side. suddenly i heard music frm my phone n i panicked coz i realised i didnt off my phone. so i turned behind, yan was doing mbs n i told her that i didnt off my music n my batt is left with only 20%... u noe what the fucker colin said, he said i was very noisy in the gate n he took down my name n ID. FUCK!!! i cnt fucking understd what was his fucking prob. and i gave him la coz i noe i didnt do anything wrong, and even worst he wasn't my RIC. so what if he was a 4 bar deployment officer for bravo??? FUCK... that day was my shift. Charlie team's shift, which means whether u got 10 bar or not also u don't come n talk so much to other team ppl... n show off.. FUCKKKK!!!! i was fucking pissed off n wen mee sien came bk she say nvm juz leave it... neva fucking stand up for me... in my heart i was like if only mare was here!!! she would have shut that guy up!!! my other team mates too didn't understd what was the guy's bloody prob... well actually nobody did!!! yeap ytd was movie marathon day we watched 2 movies in a row, first was iron man 2 at 6.25pm n second sura. i feel both worth watching. especially iron man! awesome!!!

i seriously enjoyed the movie by laughing my hearts out. the graphics & effects were awesome too. like one of the best movies. & those who said this movie isn't worth watching, i think they can all go hang themself. seriously!!! i think its worth watching 10 times!!!!

& as for sura. hmmmm. not too bad. i could laugh my kidneys out coz of vadivelu n vijay's comedys. hmmm ... went for a 9pm show!!! had my ben n jerry's =))) hahahahah!!! had a sick but gd day =)))
